Over the weekend I was visited by another friend Štefan Szabó from the civic association SOSNA. He had a tourist weekend and came by train from Košice to Poprad, then by bus to Ždiar and on foot to the Magura ridge. We met there because I went to him from Jezersko. From there we continued along the forest paths to my cottage.
The next morning we considered going through Monkova valley from Ždiar to Kopské saddle, but there is still a lot of snow in the valley, so we decided to go to Kopského saddle from Tatranská Javorina. It was a wonderful walk in the silence and tranquility of the Zadné medododol, where nature wakes up only now after winter, whose remnants in the form of snow are still in the shady parts.
